Chicken of the Sea

In most cases, all you have to do is give them a call or send an email. They’ll likely ask you for some basic information, like your name and address, and then ask what the problem is. In September 2013, Chobani recalled some of its products due to reports of illness associated with the consumption of the yogurt. The recall affected more than 700,000 cases of yogurt. Chobani offered coupons for free yogurt to customers who had purchased the affected products.

In November 2015, Chobani sued Breitbart News for defamation after Breitbart published an article that claimed that the company’s products were linked to a Hepatitis A outbreak in Idaho. In March 2016, a judge dismissed the lawsuit, ruling that Breitbart’s article was protected by the First Amendment.

“Companies are always stuffing us with complaints.”

Companies always seem to stuff their customers’ complaints. It’s as if they don’t care about the people that they’re supposed to be serving. All they care about is making a profit.

I had a problem with a company recently where I ordered something and it never arrived. I called customer service and they were no help at all. They just kept telling me that it would arrive soon and there was nothing they could do to speed up the process.

I was so angry that I decided to take my complaint to social media. Within hours, dozens of other people had shared my story and the company was getting hammered with negative reviews.

Eventually, the company issued an apology and sent me the product I had ordered, but by then I had already cancelled my order and found a different supplier who actually cared about their customers.
